Elizaveta Sullivan: From Broadway to Psychology – The Art of Mind, Influence, and Luxury

In the world of modern influencers, few have a journey as fascinating and multidimensional as Elizaveta Sullivan. A creative producer, psychologist, and influencer, Elizaveta’s story spans continents, industries, and mindsets. From the grand stages of Broadway to deep psychological explorations, she has seamlessly woven her passions into a career that is both glamorous and intellectually stimulating.

Born in Moscow, Russia, and now based in Los Angeles, Elizaveta has transformed her understanding of the human mind into a tool for personal development, creative storytelling, and a luxurious lifestyle. With a background in musical theater, a psychology degree, and an immersive experience in working with renowned experts like Joe Dispenza and John Kehoe, she is redefining the boundaries of success.

In this exclusive interview, Elizaveta Sullivan opens up about her transition from the stage to the psyche, her work in the film industry, and the philosophy behind her luxury lifestyle.

Broadway to Psychology: How did your transition from performing arts to psychology shape your journey?

“I have always been multitalented and multi-interested. I definitely believe that is what shapes up the personality. From early childhood, I struggled to pinpoint one passion—my interests spanned from algebra to performing arts to science. Fortunately, my journey led me to various industries, allowing me to gain a vast array of experiences that still benefit me today.

Psychology, however, remains the foundation. I firmly believe it is an essential knowledge for everyone—no matter the field, human interactions define our success. Understanding how our brain, emotions, and connections function is like having a cheat code to life. It is fascinating to decode human behavior, and this understanding has been a guiding force in my career and personal evolution.”

Lessons from Experts: What key insights have you gained from working with Joe Dispenza and John Kehoe?

“The most powerful lesson I’ve learned is that we are in control of everything that happens in our lives. Many people go through life believing that events happen ‘to’ them rather than realizing they have the power to shift and navigate their reality.

Joe Dispenza and John Kehoe taught me that everything is energy, including ourselves. We have the ability to manipulate, redirect, and amplify that energy. Once you realize that you are the creator of your own life, everything changes. I remind myself of this every single day, and it is a message I always pass on to my clients and followers.”_

Psychology in Film: How do you incorporate psychological expertise into your work as a creative producer?

“Psychology is the key to understanding human behavior, and storytelling is nothing but a reflection of human emotions, decisions, and conflicts. Every script, character arc, and plot twist is rooted in psychological elements.

Because of my background, filmmakers often come to me for script supervision, character development, and the most realistic ways to execute a scene. I help ensure that emotions feel authentic and that narratives resonate on a deep psychological level.

Currently, I am focusing on ‘fieldwork’—engaging with people, studying body language, and mastering the art of communication and seduction. Human connection is the foundation of every creative piece, and I am always refining my craft to understand it better.”

Unlocking Potential: What’s your top advice for personal growth and achieving success?

“Face your fears head-on. Fear is the only thing standing between you and your dreams. The more you let the fear of failure, shame, or social misunderstanding hold you back, the less colorful and powerful your life will be.

The truth is, what you want is always on the other side of fear. Success isn’t a straight road; it’s a daily commitment to pushing past mental barriers and reprogramming your mind. Every day is an opportunity to refine your mindset and take bolder steps toward your goals. And trust me, once you break through, the rewards are incredibly fulfilling.”

Life & Style: How do you balance your luxury lifestyle with your professional work?

“Why work if you can’t enjoy the rewards? One of my biggest motivations has always been to create a life where I can indulge in luxury, travel, and high fashion.

People who say they don’t care about comfort are often limiting themselves with their own beliefs. The truth is, once you reach a certain level of success, your priorities shift. The most valuable resource becomes time and energy, which is why flying private or staying at five-star hotels isn’t just a luxury—it’s a necessity.

Growing up in Moscow, I was exposed to a society where presentation is everything. There’s an unspoken language in how you dress, what you drive, and where you live—it signals your ‘tribe.’ It’s an ingrained social structure, and I embrace it fully. My love for luxury watches, fur coats, and high-end cars isn’t just about status; it’s about identity and self-expression.”_
