Since starting her highly-anticipated Renaissance Tour, Beyoncé has been on a fashion roll. At every tour stop something new is unveiled, each look equally as stunning as the next. But for her Amsterdam tour stop, Queen Bey took it to new heights — if that’s even possible.
In celebration of Juneteenth, the singer exclusively spotlights Black fashion designers. She posted the homage on Instagram, captioning, “In honor of Juneteenth, everything I wore for RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR tonight was created exclusively by Black designers.”
Having Black stylists oversee the wardrobe has also not gone unnoticed. For this specific stop, we have Shiona Turini and Julia Sarr-Jamois to thank for such celebratory looks, though we must also give our flowers to KJ Moody for his styling contributions throughout the world tour.
It’s been custom look after custom look, highlighting a range of talent. From Muglerto Balmain to Alberta Ferretti to Loewe, Beyoncé has made the Renaissance Tourstage her personal runway. She has also paired many of her looks with custom Tiffany & Co. pieces in continuation of her partnership with the luxury jewelry — it doesn’t get any more iconic than that.
With such a global stage, it is not taken lightly that Beyoncé would use her platform to unapologetically celebrate her culture and her Blackness. Through her fearlessness, she now opens doors for the world to see more of what Black designers have to offer in the fashion world, and hopefully, encourage other artists to follow in her footsteps. Below, see all the Black designer fashion credits Beyoncé wore.
